Alok Chandra Misra is an Independent Director on our Board. He has completed the bachelor’s degree course in the field of commerce from the Calcutta University. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was ranked 13th on an all India basis in the final examination held by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was previously associated with General Atlantic Private Limited as operating partner, WNS Global Services Private Limited as group chief finance officer, Mphasis Limited as chief financial officer and ITC Limited as commercial manager for the Bangalore factory. He has over 35 years of experience in the field of finance and accounting.
